Gluten-free cranberry biscuits

Ingredients
2 cups gluten-free pancake mix1/2 cup milk, skim1/3 cup sugar1/3 cup craisins
Directions
Preheat oven to 425. Mix all ingredients. Drop by spoonful onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until just turning brown. Note that these tend to cook faster than normal flour biscuits. Makes 9 biscuits.
