Chop celery, carrots, cauliflower, onion and garlic. Cook for 20 minutes in 2 cups of coconut milk. Depending on how chunky you like your soup, blend a portion of the soup to thicken and make smooth. Add the chunks back in that you didn't blend. Add butter and olive oil. Serve
