Crockpot Eggplant Lasagna

Ingredients
1/2 pound italian sausage29 oz tomato sauce2 firm, eggplants, sliced thin, lengthwise4 cups shredded mozzarella 1/2 cup cottage cheese1/2 cheddar: topping
Directions
Spray crock with non-stick
Spread 1/4 of tomato sauce on bottom
Arrange 1/3 of the eggplant over sauce
Combine mozzarella and cottage cheese together
Spoon 1/3 of cheese in pot
Add 1/3 of sausage

Repeat layers x2
Then top with remaining sauce
Cook 4 hours
Let stand for 10 mins and add cheddar cheese on top and cover with lid
