Fennel Apple Slaw

Ingredients
1.5 tablespoons olive oil1 tablespoons cider vinegar1 1/2 tablespoons chopped tarragon1 teaspoon lemon juice1/4 teaspoon maple syrup2.5 celery stalks, thinly sliced, plus 1/4 cup loosely packed celery leaves1 medium fennel bulb, thinly sliced, plus 1 tablespoon chopped fennel fronds1 apple, juliennedsalt and black pepper to taste
Directions
Whisk first five ingredients in a medium bowl. Add vegetables and apple. Toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
