Rice with peas, carrots and olives

Ingredients
*Rice, white, long-grain, regular, raw, enriched, 1.5 cup (remove)Peas, canned, 1 can (juice drained) (303 x 406) (remove)Carrots, raw, 2 medium (shredded) (remove)Great Value Manzanilla Green Olives (Pimiento Stuffed ) 5 Olives, 6 serving (remove)*AVOCADO oil, 3 tbsp (remove)*Knorr Sazon, Achiote y Culantro (1 packet), 1 serving (remove)salt to taste
Directions

Serving Size: 1 cup
Add avocado oil to pan and let it heat a bit. Then add rice (Uncle Ben Parboiled recommended). Sautee rice with a bit of garlic salt (about 1 tbsp). Then add boiling water to cover rice (about 2.5 cups). Bring to boil and add carrots, peas, chopped olives and 1 packet of sazon. Don't cover pan all the way, leave lid half covering and let it cook a bit. When water starts to evaporate bring it to low heat until fully cooked and water evaporated.
