Buckwheat Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients
1 3/4 C whole grain Buckwheat1 1/2 t baking powder3/4 t baking soda1/2 t sea salt2 large eggs1T coconut oil2 T raw honey1 t pure vanilla extract2 1/2 c buttermilk
Directions
Heat skillet on medium heat and lightly grease the skillet before putting 1/4 c of batter for each pancake. Cook on once side until small bubbles start to form and break on the top, then flip over and cook for about a minute on the other side
