Mushrooms & Lentils Balls

Ingredients
*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp red onion, 1/2 cup garlic , 2 cloves Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup Lentils, 1 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 0.5 cup pinch of salt & black pepper
Directions
In a frying pan, heat the oil and add the red onion and garlic , diced. Then add the mushrooms (you can use fresh ones and let them cook until the water evaporates); otherwise cook for 10 min; in the mean time, in a pot, boil the lentils (15-20 min). Let all ingredients to cool down and when cooled mixed them. You would get a paste like mix which can be formed into balls (or patties); put some bred crumbs on each pattie - should make abt 9 - and then add them on a baking pan. Preheat oven. Allow 15-20 min to bake.
