Ingredients
1 1/4 cups flour3/4 cup sugar1 teaspoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon cinnamon1/2 teaspoon nutmeg6 mashed bananas1/2 cup oil1/2 cup sour cream1 teaspoon vanilla extract2 large eggs
Directions
Preheat waffle iron.

Mash Bananas, mix everything together well.

Pour batter onto waffle iron and cook for 4-5 minutes, longer if preferred. Serve hot with favorite jam or syrup.
