Ingredients
2 tablespoons tamarind paste (no seeds, very thick)4 tablespoon sugar1/2 lime1 teaspoon dried chili flakes3 cloves minced garlic or 2 tsp garlic powder4 teaspoons fish sauce 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Directions
Combine all and use a food processor to blend. Add to noodles, egg, meat and/or veggies and enjoy.

    I have just added Thai food to my palette and found this recipe for Pad Thai sauce. I replaced the sugar for maple sugar because it adds the sweetness but doesn't raise my blood sugar. Otherwise I made it exactly as specified and it is DELICIOUS. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. - 2/15/16
