Cajun Flounder

Ingredients
16 oz flounder or other white fish1 cup chopped tomatoes1 bell pepper chopped1 medium onion chopped2-3 cloves garlic chopped 1 tablespoon olive oil Cajun seasoning to taste
Directions
Cook garlic and onion in olive oil until soft. Add peppers, Cajun seasoning, and tomatoes and cook until tomatoes are soft. Place fish on top and cover and cook for 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
