Protein Pancakes, Banana Pecan

Ingredients
1 tsp. vanilla extract .25 C. chopped pecans1 banana, lightly mashed1 C. flour (.50 whole wheat & .50 AP)1 TBSP. brown sugar2 tsp. baking powder.25 tsp. baking soda1 scoop whey protein isolate, vanilla.25 tsp. salt1 C. milk, nonfat1 egg2 TBSP. canola oil
Directions
Combo flour, whey protein, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Beat milk, egg, and oil. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Cook on preheated griddle.
