Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
1 cup Irish oatmeal2 Tbls protein powder1/4 cup almond butter1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp stevia1 large egg3/4 cup Almond milk1 1/2 Tbls coconut oil1 serving soluble fiber supplement1 Cup Raspberries or any other berryHoney
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F.
In bowl mix oatmeal, protein powder, almond butter, hazelnuts, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, and stevia until almond butter is mixed in.
In separate bowl mix melted coconut oil, egg, almond milk, and fiber until smooth.
grease 8" by 8" baking pan. spread out oatmeal mixture. Pour almond milk mixture over. Sprinkle raspberries across the top.
Place in oven and cook for about 40 min, or until top is golden brown. Remove from oven and let sit 5 min before serving.
