Bavarian Tomato & Onion Sandwich

Ingredients
1 slice Farmers bread4 oz Onions, sliced thinly2 ea, Vine ripe tomatoes, sliced1 Tbsp Olive oil spread1 Tbsp Maggi seasoning4 dash Black pepper4 oz English cucumber, sliced4 oz Red bell pepper, sliced4 oz Garbonzo beans2 Tbsp Rasberry Vinagrette dressing, fat-free
Directions
1. Spread olive oil spread over farmers bread.
2. Slice tomatoes and arrange on bread.
3. Slice onions and place on top of tomatoes
4. Sprinkle pepper over onions.
5. Drizzle maggi over sandwich and slice in two.
6. Slice red bell pepper and cucumber and mix together with garbonzo beans.
7. Top with rasberry vinagrette dressing
