4 oz Fat free crab and seafood salad1 ea Wheat onion bagel1 ea Lettuce leaf4 ea Whole grain wheat thins3 oz Lobster bisque
1. Slice bagel in half and place lettuce leaf on bottom.
2. Add seafood salad on top of lettuce
3. Add top and 4 toothpicks and cut into quarters
4. Heat lobster bisque and place on plate with wheat thins
Serving Size: 1 Sandwich cut into quarters served with lobster bisque and crackers
