1/4 Cup milk1/4 Cup Egg Whites1 Cup Nonfat Cottage Cheese1 Cup Rolled Oats2 Bananas
Directions
Take all ingredients (minus one banana, which you set aside topping/putting in the half cooked pancake) and puree in a blender. Spoon batter into greased skillet. Cook and enjoy.
