Dip:1oz pkg Jell-O Sugar Free Cheesecake PuddingZest from 1 LimeJuice from 1 Lime1 8oz container Cool Whip Lite4oz 1% Lactose Free Milk2-3 tsp Splenda1oz Tequila (opt)Cinnamon Tortilla Crisps8-10 6" tortillas1 tsp Cinnamon2 Tbsp SplendaCooking spray
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix cinnamon and Splenda. Cut tortillas in wedges, place on cookie sheets, spray with cooking spray, and sprinkle with cinnamon "sugar". Bake for 5-8min until crispy.
Mix pudding mix with lime zest, lime juice, Splenda, tequila, and milk. Fold in cool whip and combine well.
