WI Baked Whiting Fish w/Lemon Cream Sauce

Ingredients
6 Whiting fish fillets3 Tbsps Italian style bread crumbs1/2 tsp salt divided1/2 tsp ground black pepper1 Tbsp Olive oilSauce:1 cups heavy cream1 Tbsp butter1 Tbsp olive oil1 1/2 tsps saltzest of 1 lemon
Directions
Thaw fish. Pre-heat oven to 350. Line a large baking pan with parchment paper. Combine bread crumbs, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper. Sprinkle both sides of the fish with the mixture. Lay fish in baking dish and drizzle 1 Tbsp of olive oil over the fish. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. For the sauce combine the heavy cream, lemon zest, butter and remaining salt and oil in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring often. Serve fish drizzled with the cream sauce.
