Chicken & Sausage Gumbo

Cooked Roux (or can roux if you must)Diced onionDiced Bell PepperMinced Garlic3 Chicken Boullion cubes1 whole chicken or 6 chicken breasts2 or 3 4" links of pork sausage1 can of diced tomatoesSalt, pepper, tony chachere's, garlic to tastewater
Make your roux until it's at its desired color.
Add onions, bell pepper and garlic until soft.
Add enough water to fill half of your cooking pot.
Add in your chicken boullion cubes until dissolved
Throw in your chicken, sausage, diced tomatoes and seasonings.
You can add more water as needed to fill your pot.
Serving Size: This fills my 8qt magnalite pot can serve 32 1 cup or 16 2 cup servings
