Grain Free Cauliflower Crust Pizza

Ingredients
Directions
1 sm to med sized head of caluiflower- should yeild 2-3 cups once processed1/4 tsp kosher salt1/2 tsp dried basil (crush it more between your fingers)1/2 tsp dried oregano (crush it more between your fingers)1/2 tsp garlic powder1/4 cup shredded parmeson cheese1/4 cup mozarella cheese1 egg *desired amount of sauce, cheese and other toppings.
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
2. Place a pizza stone or baking sheet in oven
3. On a cutting board place a large piece of parchment paper and spray it with nonstick cooking oil
4. Wash and thoroughly dry cauliflower and cut off florets
5. Pulse florets in food processor until you get a powdery snow consistency (should be 2-3 cups)
6. Place cauliflower in microwave safe bowl and cover. Microwave 4 minutes.
7. Dump cooked cauliflower onto clean dish towel and allow to cool down a bit.
8. Once cooled, wrap it in dish towel and wring it out. (get out as much water as possible for chewy dough)
9. Dump cauliflower in bowl and add kosher salt, basil, oregano, garlic powder, parmeson cheese, mozzarella cheese, and egg and mix away. (hands work best)
10. Once mixed use your hands to form the dough into a crust on your oiled parchment paper and pat it down thoroughly until it is nice and formed together.
11. using the cutting board slide the parchment paper onto your hot pizza stone or baking sheet in oven and bake for 8-11 minutes until it turns golden brown.
12. Remove from oven and add however much sauce, cheese, and toppings you like.
13. Slide parchment with topped pizza back into oven and cook for another 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
14. ENJOY!
