Chicken Chickpea Stew

Ingredients
2 tsp paprika1 tsp utrmeric1 tsp ginger1 tsp cinnamon1 lb cooked and shredded boneless chicken 1 lb bag of baby carrots4 cloves garlic crushed2 15oz cans of chick peas drained2 15 oz cans diced tomatoes
Directions
Coat a 3-4 qt crockpot with cooking spray. Add carrots and garlic to pot. Place chicken and spices on top. Cover with chick peas and tomatoes. Cook on low 4-6 hours.
