Sweet potato, 1.5 cup, cubes (remove)*green lentil, 1.5 cup (remove)Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup (remove)Brown Sugar, .5 tsp unpacked (remove)Chia Seed - Spectrum Organic Essentials (1T/12g), 24 gram (remove)*Apple (1 cup chopped), 1 serving (remove)*Zucchini (Chopped/Shredded), .5 cup (remove)*Multigrain Flour, Robin Hood, 1 cup, 1.5 cup (remove)Ghirardelli Chocolate 60& Bittersweet Chocolate Chips (16 chips 1.5 grams), 3 serving (remove)*Molasses, blackstrap, 2 tbsp (remove)Raisins, .3 cup (not packed) (remove)Adams 100% Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, 2 tbsp (remove)
peel and cook sweet potato
cook lentils
shred zucchini and carrot
dice apple
Mix all wet ingredients together first
Mix dry ingredients, then add to the wet mixture
Fold in raisins and chocolate chips
Put into muffin tins
bake at 350 for 15 minutes
Serving Size: makes 12 mufins
