Lemon Poppyseed Pancakes

3/4 c milk2 T lemon juice1 egg2 T canola oil1/2 t vanilla extract1 c. white whole wheat flour2 T sugar1 t baking powder1/2 t baking soda1/2 t salt1 t poppyseed1 t lemon zest
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Cook on griddle.
