Chocolate Protein Cake

Ingredients
1 1/4 c splenda1 cup oat flour1/2 dry oatmeal3/4 cup cocoa powder1/3 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)2 tbsp semi sweet mini chocolate morsels1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda2 egg whites1 cup applesauce3/4 cup sugar free chocolate pudding prepared with 1 1/2 c skim milk1 tsp vanilla extract.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, spray 9x9 pan with non-stick spray. Mix wet ingredients in one bowl, and the dry ingredients into another. Slowly add dry ingredients into the wet. Pour into pan, and bake 30 minutes.

Feel free to add a tbsp or two of mini chocolate chips to be a little guilty.
