Crunchy Ranch Pork Chops

8 Boneless pork chops6 TBS butter3 ounce bag plain pork skins1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1 tsp garlic powder2 eggs4 TBS ranch dressing
Preheat oven to 375F. Place butter in baking dish and put in oven to melt. Mix egg, ranch dressing. Crush pork skins (I did this in the food processor). Add salt, pepper and garlic powder. Dip pork chop in egg mixture, then in pork skins and place in baking pan. Bake for 30-40 min depending on thickness of pork chops and desired crispness. Remove from pan and place on paper towel to cool.
