Kale Slaw with Dill Garlic Dressing

Kale, 6 cups, coarsely chopped Just Mayo brand vegan mayo, 2 tbspVegan Sour Cream, Non-Hydrogenated, 1 tbspOrange Muscat Champagne Vinegar, 2 tbsp Agave Nectar, .5 tbsp Dill weed, fresh, 5 sprigs, choppedOlive Oil, .5 tbsp Garlic, 1 clove Salt, .25 tsp Carrots, raw, 2 small (5-1/2" long)Pepitas (optional)
Peel and grate carrots. Set aside.
In blender or food processor combine all ingredients except for kale and carrots. Add water to thin out as you wish.
Toss with carrots and kale in a bowl, and add pepitas if desired.
