carrot fries

Ingredients
5-6 carrots1 TBSP olive oil
Directions
Clean and slice the carrots. Meanwhile, preheat a skillet. Add the olive oil to the pan ( also can use coconut oil). When heated, place the carrots into the skillet and coat with the oil. Cook until desired doneness.
