Basic Beef Stew

Ingredients
*angus beef stew meat, 6 oz32 oz beef broth*Potato, raw, 5 medium choppedCarrots, raw, 4 carrot dicedOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large chopped1 14 oz can *Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 3 cloves garlic crushed1tbs black pepper1tbs basilCorn Starch, .5 cup
Directions
layer in crock pot meat veggies then broth, add 3 cloves garlic, 1 tbs black pepper and 1tbs basil cook on low 6-8 hrs.
Mix corn starch with 1/2 cup cold water. stir into stew untill thick as wanted .
