Southwestern Brunch Casserole

12 oz low-fat breakfast sausage10 corn tortillas, sliced in strips2 c Colby and Monterey Jack cheese5 eggs1 carton Egg Beaters, Southwestern style1 c Silk vanilla soy milk1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash
Brown and crumbles sausage. Drain on paper towel. Mix together eggs, Egg Beaters, soy milk and Mrs. Dash.
In a greased 9x13" pan, layer 1/2 tortillas strips, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 sausage. Repeat layers. Pour egg mixture over all. This can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight. Bake at 350' for 30-35 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
