1/2 cucumber1 medium sweet apple (e.g. Gala)Large handful of fresh raw spinach1/4 lime (squeeze out juice) 1-3 sticks celery (I use 1 as not a massive fan) increase cals for using mor sticks approx 5cals per 5" stick Water to 'max line' on nutribullet (or approx 1-2 cups depending if you prefer thinner or thicker smoothie drinks) Handful of ice cubes - optional

Roughly chop all solid items
Add spinach to tall cup first and add other ingredients on top. Fill to max line with water and blast for approx 30 seconds
