1 c. frozen peas1 t. becel1 c. chopped onion1 c. chopped celery1 can mushroom soup3/4 c. milk1 tsp crushed garlic1/4 t. pepper2 c. cubed cooked chicken or turkey1 c. sliced mushrooms1 T. chopped pimentos (Optional)
In a large saucepan, saute onion and celery in becel. Add the rest of the ingredients. Stir until heated. Serve over noodles or in toast cups. (not included in calorie count)
