Ingredients
1lb Ground chicken1/4 Green Bell Pepper1/8 Onions, 1/4 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)Optional Seasonings:BBQsaltpepperMrs. DashParsley
Directions
Saute peppers and onions. Mix everything together. Form three 6oz patties. Rub oil on both sides. Cook in pan\grill.
