Mango Ice Cream

Ingredients
1 cup Dairy Free Non-Dairy Beverage1 pound frozen mango cubes1 oz lime juice
Directions
Put ingredients into Vitamix in order listed. Turn machine on speed 1-1, and quickly increase to 10. Use tool to push frozen mango into blades. Turn power to 2 and continue to blend until mixture forms 4 mounds. Do not overmix as it will melt! Spoon into dishes and serve immediately.
