natural peanut butter, 1 cup Oatmeal (plain), 2 cup dry Maple Syrup, 3/4 cup (or use honey) Tera's Whey Grass Fed Organic Plain Whey Unsweetened Organic protein powder (2 scoops) Coconut, raw, 1/2 cup, shredded Pecans, 1/2 cup, chopped Dark chocolate chips,1 cup
No Bake. Just mix all the ingredients and press them into a 9x13 pan. Refrigerate to firm up bars before cutting them. If they are crumbly add more maple syrup.
