Cream Cheese Fruit Tarts

16 oz (2 blocks) of 1/3 Fat Cream Cheese1/2 cup of Baking Splenda1 Large egg1 tsp vanilla extract6 tbsp of Sugar Free Fruit Preserves ( your favorite flavor)12 Reduced Fat Vanilla Wafers
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Place cupcake liners in a 12 compartment muffin pan. Place a Vanilla Wafer into each cup. Set aside.
Blend the cream cheese and baking Splenda together, add the egg and vanilla and blend until smooth. Fill each cup with the wafers in them with the cream cheese mixture. Bake for 20 minutes.
After the cups have cooled completely. Top each with a 1/2 tbsp of the fruit preserves.
