Vindaloo Meatballs

Ingredients
3lbs 90% Lean Ground Sirloin3 Large + 1 Small Farm Fresh Eggs3/4 Cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal1 Can Trader Joe's Organic Tomato Paste1 1/2 TBSP Minced GarlicVindaloo spices to taste (you can toast your own or use a pre-packaged version)2 TBSP Salt1/2 TBSP Black Pepper
Directions
Beat eggs with tomato paste, almond meal, vindaloo spices, salt, black pepper and garlic. In a separate container, combine your mixture with your ground beef (with your hands). Make sure you don't have any lumps of spices or almond meal. Using an icecream scoop, broil at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes, or until done depending on your oven.
