Lemongrass Tahini Dressing

Ingredients
Water, tap, 1/8 cupMinced Lemongrass, 0.75 tspGarlic, 1 clove, minced or crushedGinger Root, 2 tsp minced Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce), .25 tspcrushed red pepper flakes, .5 tspHoney, 1 tbspSalt, 2 dash (remove)Coriander leaf, dried, .15 tspTurmeric, ground, .1 tspPure Vegetable Oil, 1 tbspCider Vinegar, 0.5 cupTahini, 4 tbsp
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend/puree until smooth. Serve chilled. Store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
