Lisa's Whole Wheat Tortillas

Ingredients
1.25 cups whole wheat flour.5 tsp salt.25 c olive oil.5 cup warm wateradditional oil for pan frying
Directions
Mix flour, salt, and oil with fork until crumbly. Add warm water, stir.
Turn onto floured surface, kneed a few minutes.
Let rest at least 15 minutes, up to 60 minutes
On floured, surface, roll each into 8" tortilla.
Heat 1 T. oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
Heat each side until starts to brown 1-2 minutes each.
