2 medium ripe bananas, (the riper the better) 1 cup canned pumpkin 1 tsp sweet leaf stevia powder1 Tb 0 calorie baking sweetener1.5 cup uncooked quick oats 1/2 tsp baking powder 3/4 tsp cinnamon 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1/4 tsp nutmeg pinch of salt 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk2 Tb ground flax seed1/2 cup egg whites1 tsp vanilla extract 1 scoop vanilla protein1/4 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 375. Grease square baking pan.
Mash banana and pumpkin together. Combine all remaining ingredients except pecans. Pour into pan and top with pecans.
Bake at 375 for 30-35 min until cooked through.
