Ingredients
2 lbs of scrod fillets3 cloves of garlic, chopped1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese2tsp of Italian seasoning1 cup of fresh lemon juice1/4 tsp of black pepper1/8 tsp of salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Rinse off 2lbs of scrod fillets and arrange them on a foil lined baking sheet or casserole dish. Mix the cheese, seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper together in a small bowl. Pour the lemon juice over the fillets. Sprinkle the mixture onto the top of the fillets.
Bake at 275 for 20-25minutes or until the fish is easily separated using a fork.
