2 cups oats2 cups almond milk¼ cup chia seeds1 tablespoon 100% maple syrup1 teaspoon cinnamon1 teaspoon pumpkin spice (blend of nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice)1 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)3 scoops protein powder1 oz. pumpkin seeds (pepitas) for topping
Place all of the ingredients except for pumpkin seeds in a small bowl or jar. Stir well and cover. Place in the refrigerator overnight. Top with pumpkin seeds. Eat and enjoy!
