Ingredients
Directions
Pork I can get my pork already chopped up from my grocery store.Cream of chicken soupfresh roasted green chili's - I get my from my farmers market, if you don't have one, you can use the green chili's out of a can.watergarlic cloves
chop the pork into cubes and then brown in olive oil
While your pork is cooking, take your roasted green chilis and garlic and dice them or put them in your food processor or I use my Ninja and just process until you get the consistancy you want.
In a sauce pan add your green chili's, cream of chicken soup, and water to pan and heat over medium heat, when your pork is cooked and it to the sauce pan with the other ingredients. I simmer mine for about 30 minutes.
**I buy the fresh roasted green chili's from a farmers market, if you don't have one of these the can green chilis are fine too.
I eat mine with just a tortilla. You can put it on burritos and taco's too.
