- Beans, red kidney - 2 cups dry- Garlic - 4 gloves chopped- Celery raw, 1 cup diced- Onion - 1 large chopped- Mushrooms, fresh, 4 cups sliced- Green Peppers - 1 large diced- Tomatoes - 3 cups chopped- Olive oil - 1 tsp- Potato - 1 large diced- cumin - 1 tsp- Chili powder - 1 tsp- parsley - 2 tablespoon- pepper and salt - dash

- soak the beans overnight in cold water
- next day -
- put the beans in a pot, cover with water and when the water is boiling, drop the water away
- put fresh water over the beans and add the oil, chopped onion, garlic, mushrooms, pepper, celery, tomatoes, potato and the spices and put it to boil till beans are cooked
- add the fresh parsley at the end
