LOW Calorie Vegetarian Lasagna

1 box Hodgson Mill Whole wheat lasagna noodles16 oz. Friendship whipped Cottage Cheese (1%)15 oz. Part Skim Ricotta cheese14 slices reduced fat American cheese1 jar Marinara sauce1 package frozen spinach1 egg1 Tbsp Parmesan1 tsp. garlic powder1 tsp. onion powder
Preheat oven to 350.
Cook noodles according to package directions.
Mix together soft cheeses, spinach, egg, and spices.
Lightly coat bottom of large casserole dish with some of the marinara sauce. Layer Lasagna in large pan alternating (in this order) between a layer of noodles, a layer of cheese/spinach mixture, a layer of american cheese, and marinara sauce.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Then uncover and bake for 10 minutes more.
Let it rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
