Denver Breakfast Scramble

Ingredients
*Potato, raw, 5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, 1 serving *Red Bell Pepper (Peppers, sweet, red, raw) (USDA) (1 large, 164g), 1 serving *onion - yellow (1 medium cooked), 2 serving (remove) Cured Ham, 8 oz 1 large egg (per the egg board) 50g, 10 serving *Always Fresh - Minced Garlic (5ml teaspoon), 2 serving2 cups of shredded pizza blend cheese
Directions
Dice potatoes, onions, bell peppers, and ham.
Whip eggs
Spray pan with cooking spray
Add potatoes, bell pepper, onion, and garlic in the pan to cook til about half done.
Add ham and give a few minutes to warm.
Add eggs and salt and pepper to taste. Cook until all ingredients are done and add cheese

Serving Size: Makes 5 large servings.
