Avocado tuna salad

Ingredients
2 cans of tuna1/4 onion, chopped1/2 cucumber, chopped (peeled if desired)1 roma tomato, chopped1 cup spinach, chopped2 stalks of celery, chopped1 large avocado4 tbsp of cream cheesesalt to tastegarlic (if desired)black pepper (if desired)
Directions
Combine chopped vegetables, cream cheese, tuna, and seasonings in a large bowl and mix well.
