Crockpot Moroccan Chicken (Crockpot 365)

Ingredients
1 lb. chicken thighs1 cup salsa1/4 cup chicken broth1/3 cup slivered almonds5 cloves smashed and chopped garlic1/3 cup golden raisins 2 t honey1 t cumin1/2 t cinnamon1/4 t chipotle chili powder1/2 t saffron threads
Directions
Dump everything into the crockpot except raisins and almonds. Stir. Then, after a couple hours, add the raisins and almonds. Takes 4-8 hours depending on what temp you're using.

I like to serve this over cauliflower rice or couscous. Makes 4-6 servings.
