Broccoli Rabe Italian Sausage Pasta

Ingredients
Olive Oil, 2.5 tbsp Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread, 2 tbsp Garlic, 2 cloves Broccoli Rabe (or Mustard greens or spinach), fresh, 4 cup, chopped Field Roast Grain Meat Co. Vegan Italian grain meat sausage, 3 serving Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 3 cup
Directions
Make a LOT of this because you will want leftovers on a baguette the next day with melted provolone cheese on top.

Saute oil, butter and garlic for a few minutes. Crumble in vegan sausage, add broccolli rabe and about 1/2 cup of water. Cook down till rabe is tender. Serve over pasta.

    This was my first time eating broccoli rabe just to find out I don't like it :) It was better when I stir "fried" everything the next day with some veggie broth. If you like spicy argula, then you'll like this. - 3/24/09
