white turkey chili

Ingredients
extra lean ground turkeylow sodium white beans (2 cans)oniongarliccollard greens (1 lb)chicken brothcuminsmoky paprika (1 tsp.)fresh cilantrocanned, chopped green chilies (2 7-ounce cans)
Directions
Heat olive oil, add onions and garlic over medium heat for two minutes. Add turkey, break up, add spices....continue cooking until turkey is cooked. Add Chicken broth, drained and rinsed white beans (I mash mine somewhat to thicken chili), and collards. Simmer 20 minutes. Chop and add cilantro. Simmer 10 more minutes. When complete but still hot, add grated cheese.
