1 bag of Brown Rice Pasta1 lb. extra lean ground beef2/3 jar marinara sauce2 small bell peppers, sliced into strips1/2 onion, sliced into strips
Cook brown rice according to instructions.
While pasta is cooking, brown ground beef. A couple of minutes into cooking, add bell peppers and onions until soft and meat is cooked.
Reduce heat to low, add marinara sauce and simmer.
Combine pasta and beef mixture.
Serving Size: Makes 4-6 generous portions
