Protein Meal replacement powder

Ingredients
12 cups Nonfat Dry Milk Powder(I use Carnation)4 tablespoons plain protein powder(It MUST contain at LEAST 8 gm per teaspoon & NO Sugars or Flavors)1 tsp granular fructose(I use Fifty 50)1 tsp Salt substitute
Directions
Whisk all ingredients in a bowl until WELL mixed. Store in airtight jars for use.

I use this in smoothies all the time. It's also great with any sugar free soda and ice blended well.
